My artist lens and style stems from my background in mosaic and stain glass. Just like the sharp edge of a glass cutter, the sharp pencil tip allows suitable control and adaptable precision. I have tried every pencil out there and these are my favorites. I find the colors to be rich in pigment and luxourious in texture. I enjoy layering colors to create bright hues similar to pastels . Each piece has 2 to 3 layers of pencil added in order to create the look of a finished piece. Then each piece is sealed with a final fixative used for pastels, pencils and charcoals.
